By booking with Irish Property Consultants, you agree to the following:

A detailed visual and functional snagging inspection will be carried out for each room.
We check: walls, ceilings, skirting, plastering, paint, wallpaper, tiling, flooring, windows, doors, locks, handles, switches, sockets, fire alarms, light fixtures, sinks, toilets, baths, showers, taps, heating, hot water, and fitted furniture.
Exterior structures (paths, fences, balconies) will be inspected where safe and accessible.
You will receive:
- A full detailed report
- A summary of key issues
- A complete photo pack, room-by-room
We recommend repairs where needed.
We do not inspect structural integrity, move large appliances, access high/restricted areas, or guarantee future performance.
The inspection is non-invasive and for informational purposes only.
Booking deposit is refundable in full if visit is cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled inspection time and date.
If access to the property has not been granted within 30 minutes of the booked and agreed time the booking deposit shall be retained and the inspection cancelled.
