Payments: Card data is processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers.

All providers are under Data Processing Agreements and appropriate safeguards (including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable). We do not sell or rent personal data.

6. International Transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we use approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions to protect your information.

7. Data Retention

  • Purchase and report details: up to 6 years (legal/accounting)
  • Payment records (via Stripe): 6 years
  • General enquiries (non-customers): up to 12 months
  • Uncompleted/abandoned form submissions: deleted after 30 days

When no longer required, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

8. Data Security

  • Encrypted transport (HTTPS/SSL)
  • Restricted access to Google Drive, Zapier, and Stripe
  • Use of GDPR-compliant subprocessors only
