Full Sample Report

Here is a full 12-page inspection report for a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom property.
Report length varies depending on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms — larger properties generate longer reports.

Each room has its own section like the one shown here. In the “Select ↓” column, enter a number between 0 and 3 for each item:

• 3 – Good Condition: No work required
• 2 – Average Condition: Item needs repair
• 1 – Poor Condition: Item needs replacement
• 0 – Not Applicable: Item not present in the property

As you enter numbers, the comments and colour coding auto-populate to complete the sheet quickly and consistently.
